Witnessing at Fields of Faith..sobering encounter

Praise God for the high attendance! I handed outtracts, but the best time was the witnessing behind the stands!! Mr. J started out jovial, trying to guess 10 beers, 10 pizzas, and named part of 10 Commandments. I used the Law, bringing the knowledge of sin, (Rom. 7:7) to show why Creator, Moral God is angry every day with the wicked. (Psalm 7:11), and is our schoolmaster to lead us to Christ. (Gal. 3:24). I showed how Jesus stepped in the courtroom to be our substitute and sacrifice, paying our horrendous fine for us against a holy, righteous, and just God. Josh get very quiet and revealed that someone died once when he felt it should have been him. He realized the weightiness of sin by God's standard-the Law-and the debt that we have amassed against God, and how we are all locked up under the Law, holding the whole world guilty. (Rom. 3:19,20) and the cross and God's goodness were magnified.I gave him my Evidence N.T. Please pray for Josh to bow the knee to the One who offers him eternal life, and to walk in repentance and faith.
