I met Ron at a mall, he was there for the Salvation Army, but it was eerily quiet. Ron was ..bell-less. They won't let them use one at Simon malls, but he can have the bucket and open the doors. Ron was a a believer, I had tracted him the day before but wanted to interview him today...he knew who William Booth was! (first bell-ringer that knew). Ron was delightful and humbling to talk to..he stays at the shelter and ministers to the homeless..a bright light of compassion in the darkness...I was blessed.
